We built this website for our own roof restoration business. Along the way we learned what it actually takes for a small local business to show up when someone nearby searches: fast pages, real photos, every town named, clear answers to the questions customers ask, and the setup behind the scenes that lets Google, Bing and the AI tools read it all properly.
The process behind it has been more than six months in the making. We built it, used it, and rebuilt the parts that didn't measure up, and we didn't do it alone: business advisors and partners in our industry reviewed the work along the way and pushed us to make it better.

Your domain name (about $15 to $30 a year) is registered and paid by you, in your name. Brand-new pages or features after launch are quoted before any work starts.
We never invent facts about your business. If we don't have it from you, it's left out or flagged for you to confirm, not guessed.

You do. The domain, hosting, contact form, Google Business Profile and Bing Places are registered in your name with your email. We are added as a manager where we need to be, and you can remove that access any time. The website files are yours outright.
